United Negro College Fund

STEM Scholars Program

Provided Deep Content knowledge Tutoring in Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, and Programming to 100 scholars each year
Provided mentoring and advising during Summer before their first year.
Provided workshops on best practice in becoming a STEM professional

Carnegie Mellon University

Tartan Scholars Program

Provided Deep Content knowledge Tutoring in Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, and Programming over 80 scholars yearly.
Ran a boot camp on the difference between College/University expectations and high school.

A Note about Assessment and Continuous Improvement

With every program we serve, we are committed to data collection which leads to iterative improvement. Through various Pre-Post measures, in both the micro and macro sense, information we gain is used to make improvement both within a semester and between semesters.
